Salad of tomatoes and cucumbers for the winter "Lick fingers"
Unusual vegetable salad from cucumbers and tomatoes for the winter. "Fingers will lick" well suited for preservation for the winter. The technology of preparation is simple: it is enough to use the specified number of ingredients according to the recipe.
Cooking time: 45 minutes. Servings: 6 cans of 0.7 l.
Salad products:
- tomato - 0.5 kg;
- onion - 500 g;
- salad pepper - 500 g;
- cucumber - 1 kg;
- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. on 1 jar;
- dried bay leaf - 2 pcs. on 1 jar;
- black pepper peas - 4 pcs. on 1 jar;
- Dill umbrellas - 8 pcs .;
- table salt - 3 tbsp. l .;
- granulated sugar - ½ tbs.
- table acetic essence of 6% concentration - 1 tbsp .;
- cold water - 2 liters.
The process of making a salad of cucumbers and tomatoes
Carefully wash the tomatoes, dry them from moisture, cut into large slices. Use ripe tomato fruits without rotten patches.
We will wash the cucumbers and cut them into circles and cut them in half.
Then we wash the salad pepper, cut the stem, cut the fruit in the form of a large straw. For salad, we recommend using pickled cucumbers. Fruits should be sweet. Optionally, you can cut the peel.
Rinse the peeled onions with cold water and cut into half rings. To get a rich flavor, we recommend putting garlic cloves, 2 teeth on each jar.
Thoroughly mix all the ingredients in a bowl, lay out in sterilized jars. First we place greens, black peppercorns, bay leaves on the bottom, pour in sunflower oil.
Next, lay out the vegetable salad tightly.
Start cooking marinade. Take a stewpan, pour cold water, dissolve sugar and salt in it. Wait for the boil and pour the vinegar vinegar essence. Pour the vegetables with hot pickle, put the jars in the water bath and sterilize for 15 minutes after boiling.
Instead of table vinegar, you can use balsamic / wine vinegar essence. Fill the jars to the maximum: the smaller the space, the lower the probability of seaming damage.
Now it remains to close the jars tightly, wrap in a warm blanket and leave to cool. Be sure to shake the container to the sides, checking for the marinade to leak out of the jar. Keep rolled up vegetable salad in a cool place.
