The most delicious Korean-style tomatoes for the winter
I cook tomatoes in Korean for the winter according to the most delicious recipe with a photo step by step very often in the summer, last year I decided to try to prepare these tomatoes for future use. I made several jars for testing, all guests and relatives appreciated the result with delight. Just imagine the fragrant and incredibly tasty slices of tomatoes with dressing of pepper, herbs, garlic, butter, salt and sugar. Preservative - vinegar, without it anywhere in this recipe.
Ingredients for tomatoes:
- tomatoes - 350 g;
- sweet pepper - 2 pcs .;
- garlic - 4 cloves;
- hot pepper - a slice;
- dill - 1 average bunch;
- vegetable oil - 80 ml;
- vinegar - 40 ml;
- sugar - 1 tbsp .;
- salt - 1 tsp.
The process of cooking tomatoes in Korean
Prepare all the products on the list. Tomatoes choose fleshy, sweet, dense in structure. Wash and dry the tomatoes, cut the place of growth of the stem. Chop the tomatoes into medium-sized slices.
Sweet pepper pick red, clear seed, core and rinse. Cut the pepper into strips or random pieces.
Peel the garlic, chop it. Prepare a slice of hot pepper.
Dill wash and dry, chop the greens arbitrarily.
All prepared products, except tomatoes, grind in a bowl blender.
Combine garlic pulp with oil, vinegar, salt and sugar.
Jar pre-sterilize very carefully. Fill the jar with layers of tomatoes and dressing.
Sterilize the billet for 20 minutes from the moment of boiling water in the pan.
Seal the jar with a lid and place it upside down with a blanket. After a day, transfer the tomatoes into the cellar.
