About an hour later, you get a great dish that can be served on a typical day or for a celebration.

Ingredients:
- red tomatoes - 1 kg;

- garlic - 2-3 cloves;
- salt - 1 tables. l (no slide);
- sugar - 0.5 tables. l (no slide);
- apple vinegar - 2 tables. l .;
- vegetable oil - 40 grams.
How to cook crispy salted tomatoes in the package
We spread the sliced tomatoes in the package. To speed up the marinating process, we cut tomatoes into large slices, on average, it turns out that 4 slices come out with 1 tomato.

Salt vegetables, add sugar to balance the taste of pickled tomatoes. There we pour apple cider vinegar (6%) and regular vegetable oil.
